Welcome Reception 7-9 pm
Location: Bakers, Carleton University Centre
We will be hosting our welcome reception at Bakers, which is located on the fourth floor of the Carleton University Centre.
There will be a nice selection of appetizers as well as a cash bar.
Thursday May 5th
Presentation and tour of the Communications Research Centre (CRC) on May 5th, 9am.

**Please note the tour will commence at 9 am. There will be a bus picking up delegates at the Southway Inn Hotel at 8:30
am and transporting delegates to the CRC. The bus will then be picking up delegates at the CRC at 11:30 am to return to the
Southway Inn Hotel at 12pm. The Southway Inn is located at: 2431 Bank Street Ottawa, ON K1V 8R9 (613) 737-0811
**Reminder: No cameras or cell phones with cameras are permitted. Upon arrival, everyone will have to enter the front
security office to show proof of id, from there, you will be given a visitor pass.
Canadian citizens will need to bring proof of residence ie, drivers license.
Non Canadian citizens will be required bring their passports with them to confirm their identity.
